Lovely tiles but appalling customer service when things go wrong. Our first order went very smoothly and really pleased with quality and service. However our second order for tiles for our cloakroom was a nightmare. We were promised delivery within 3 weeks to suit the tiler slot booked. These went 2-3 weeks late but only discovered upon us chasing. Repeated phone calls chasing and Dunkleys never returning calls as promised. We had to reschedule our tiler twice and on the day they should have been delivered we were called at 5pm to say 2 boxes of tiles were broken so had to wait another 3 weeks. I appreciate sometimes there are delays and issues but customer service was really appalling. We were promised a discount as a goodwill gesture which never materialised and upon chasing this the agreed amount has been renaged upon. Personally I would recommend going elsewhere. I certainly will not be purchasing anything from these people again !!

We are new to the area and your company provided a high level of service when viewing tiles, loaning us samples, providing help to find a tiler and ordering and delivering the tiles. Everything went so smoothly so that was much appreciated.

She was extremely helpful when we visited and she recommended three tilers, one of which we selected. He gave a good price and did a superb job in tiling - we will use him again and are happy to recommend him to others.

I had a great experience at Dunkley Tiles recently, my friend recommended them for my Bathroom tiles, They had a massive selection of gorgeous tiles & the staff were super friendly, I was a bit gutted to know they sell Bathrooms,otherwise they could of helped me do that too.

I have been using Dunkley’s for years and they continue to have a great showroom and a selection of products to be proud of. Their staff are very knowledgeable and professional and always give me good and helpful advice. They come highly recommended
