In The Past I Have Purchased Machines On Their Loo
In the past I have purchased machines on their looks alone (mostly Hoover), but on this occasion did extensive research as to what make to buy. I shall not bother with this exercise again.
For a new machine to exhibit one fault when new is just about acceptable, but four is stretching credulity.
Full marks though to John Lewis, who exchanged the machine without quibble.
