Having Received This Servis M6856 Machine As An In
Having received this Servis M6856 machine as an insurance replacement in April 08, we have had 5 engineer visits, 2 pumps and now a main circuit board has failed! Anticipated parts expected up to 28 days!
Servis Customer Services are pretty much "none existent". It once took me 2 hours to get through and then no supervisor or manager to talk to, just put your complaint in writing I was told!
