Machine Broke 2 Times In Past 6months Of The Owner
Machine broke 2 times in past 6months of the ownership. Called the helpline and after giving me 2 weeks of running around called out an engineer only to say he needs to order a part. This added a further 7 days and finally when the engineer arrived (out of the blue with no call to say he had the part) he failed to fix it and claimed it was the wrong part. He said he will be back in a bit as he was going to go and collect a new part. He never showed up. After calling the help line again I was told that the engineer had reported the problem fixed and will not come out again!

My Servis M6513w Washing Machine Only Did 1 Wash,
My Servis M6513W washing machine only did 1 wash, and 10 hours later it wouldn't work. There was no power to it, and Servis were no help. It took a lot of phone calls and hard work to get an engineer. Lost a days wages waiting for an unscheduled appointment, to be told the main board had gone, and it could take weeks for the part, and the same time to get the machine replaced. I am still waiting for someone to collect it 10 days later. I made a complaint to Servis, but they didn't bother to reply. This so-called bargain ended up costing us £200 by loosing a days pay, and having to buy a machine off a local retailer. We have now got a Hotpoint.
