Discontinued Parts.
I bought a samsung washing machine model WD6102CKC dated 8/12/07 which it was the latest model during that period. The machine was out of order on September 2013 and I was told that the parts was discontinued. In fact I was a Samsung supporter for so many years and I was so disappointed the the kind of services provided by Samsung. Please advice me what should I do with this bulky kind of machine which was still new looking but unable use. And it was not cheap, I bought at the price of RM6,800 during less than 5 years ago. I hope samsung can give me a good explanation.
I have the same problem as well! I contacted Samsung Philippines and asked that my washing machine be changed with a new one for free but they said, they are not liable. Please continue your plan to bring the matter to channel 5 (maybe to Tulfo brothers). In this way, the public may know how irresponsible Samsung Philippines is, when it comes to after sales service for their washing machines. Considering how expensive this model was, why did they stopped production of spare parts.. I would have not bought this model, if only I've known before hand that after 5 years Samsung wouldn't be able to supply parts anymore.
same problem!! lets give Samsung some real grief I would like to talk to the top man of the company and , also wish to have a program aired on channel 5 Philippines soon a full refund with a free brand new top of the line new model
