Worst Ever !
Purchased A RH 1261 of all the machines i have ever had and im in my 50s....
Bearings gone......not worth any money in my opinion...shall never buy from this manufacturer again.
The soap dispenser clogs too easily and the seal started to rot , even though when not in use the door is left ajar to air.
Worst Washing Machine I Have Ever Owned
After about 6 months old the machine became very loud when spinning-Bearing noise.
Took 9 Day for an engineer to call, said he needed to order new bearings.
10 days later had call from Russell Hobbs to say they had no spare parts so would send a new machine.after 19 months this washing machine started smoking, fortunately I was in the kitchen when this happened and was able to unplug the machine quickly. Phoned their help line, they were not interested as the first machine was over two years old I had no guarantee. Would not even come if I paid them would never buy a Russell Hobbs product again
