Worst Point Is Lg's Customer Service Which Can Onl
Worst point is Lg's customer service which can only be described as appalling. The service number on the back of the owners manuel was 4 years out of date, when eventually got through to the right number after 2 call out appointments when the engineer didn't turn up, 100's of phone calls and some very rude, unhelpful call staff I am still waiting for my machine to be repaired after 2 weeks.
Another point to note, in desparation I have even tried to get a local repair man to come out but no one deals with LG and after dealing with them myself I'm not surprised.
