Hotpoint WMPF742P Washing Machine

we have had this machine replaced by the manufacture as the first machine creased up all our clothes so badly that we could not iron them it did not matter what cycle we used .Since we have had the replacement machine we had the same problem with it but we found that if we used the quick wash cycle it is not as bad .we have now given up using this machine and brought a new one which is not a Hotpoint .I defiantly would not recommend anyone to buy this model as not one machine but two had the same problem we had no joy in getting the second machine changed to a different model so we decided to cut our losses and buy a different machine
