where do i start!

first of all- its good at the job it does (kind of), meaning it does a very good job of washing and rinsing, but programmings so bad that you cant use cottons cycles without a prewash, so we have to always use the wrong cycles because cottons takes ages.

the worst bit is the reliability. ok so ive pretty much lost track, but as far as i can count in the last 4 years of ownership, (2009-2013) its had, 3 new motors, new heater, 3 new control boards, a new tub(which was one of the exploding batch), a new belt, a new door seal and now the suspension legs, bearings and motor are all starting to go again- oh and sometimes it confuses itself, so i guess the control board is going again too. (thank god its insured)

Hoover never used to be so bad, but now candy own them, hoover are terrible, and they will never improve, and this isnt just my model im talking about.

it has a good drum size, which you can get alot into- but as a result of this often i find it takes forever to spin, and when currys told us that it could wash a kingsized duvet, they really werent lying- infact, a kingsized duvet makes the machine struggle so much, that unlesss you keep pausing it and reshuffling it, it wont spin, or as a result of that even get onto the rinsing stage.

i would NOT reccomend one of these nightmares to my worst enemy.
