Ease of Use
Excellent Machine
Purchased this machine in a hurry from Argos, simply because it was next day delivery. I think I paid about 150.00 for it and assumed I would get 6 months of use then scrap it... Still cheaper than taking my laundry to the launderette . I've always spent around 500.00 on a washing machine, typically Hotpoint the last one being the Ultima computerised, all singing and dancing, which kept breaking down. SO when it broke down the last time and Hotpoint expected me to wait 16 days for a call out, I cancelled the insurance and had my Haus delivered. 2 years later this machine is still going strong!!!! A family of 5 so plenty of use!!! Excellent cheap machine..

Broken Down
Purchased Nov 2010, detergent container leaking just over 12 months old. Although I bought extended warranty part isAlso taking long time to come, apparently from China. 2 weeks and still waiting. I will not buy another, better to spend a little more and at least have parts available in Europe or UK.Also to break down so early not good, give this one a miss and do your self a favour.

I've had my Haus HW50-1010W for 3 years now when I put it on a 30 or 40 wash it's stops half way throw and the light starts flashing but when I put it on a slow spin it's works any ideas what could be the problem? Thanks.
