Haier HW60-1203D-U Washing Machine

Very, very noisey machine! (You can't hear yourself talk in another room!)

We have had numerous visits from engineers but the problem has not been rectified, is this some sort of way to not fix the problem until the warranty has expired?

We have had to keep chasing customer service over months despite there being an ongoing repair query logged via their website.

We were told a new drum would solve the problem but this still hasn't happened and (suprise, surprise)the warranty expires very soon. We have asked for a new replacement machine but nobody wants to condemn it, except us!

Save yourself a lot of hassle and read the customer reviews. Needless to say we won't be buying another Haier product!
