Gorenje WA65205

Lasted 2 1/2 years. Bearing has gone. 5 year warranty no good if Gorenje can't get the parts. its been 33 days and counting since we lodged the call to customer service and I'm still waiting for the parts. Don't get me wrong its a good machine when it works, but you'd think a 2000 rpm spin speed machine would have bearings strong enough to last the 5 years at this price!

THE GORENJE WASHING MACHINE WA 63141, cracks started to appear within a few weeks, and the washing powder dispenser fell apart within 4 month's.

I would not recommend purchasing this washing machine.

In 2 years the Gorenje WA65205 has flooded our kitchen several times, the load sensor has failed, the main bearing has failed, the touch screen sensor has failed and at one point it would move so much whilst spinning it crossed the room. Parts are not easily available so wait time for repairs is lengthy and can involved having to wait in for engineers on many occasions for just one fault to be repaired. Total time out of use during the two years is over 3 months and still counting! Gorenje have been difficult to contact and have not called back when they said they would. This is supposed to be a state of the art machine but has just been one problem after another.
