Electrolux EWF1495

Electrolux is a known brand to manufacture Washing mashine and other home appliences. It has pre set cleaning modes for optimal cleanig of clothes. It also detects the error or any thing missing and indicates with an in-built buzzer. It has built-in 24 hrs timer for cleanig the clothes when there is a water problem.  It would clean when water supply is available. In case of powercut it remembers the preset and starts from where it dtopped. It is in deed the best washing mashine to have.

This machine was very expensive and has been a disaster! - Broke down (door lock) & had to be replaced after 3 months. Absolutely shockingly bad service from both Electrolux and their repairer. Now just out of warranty and has broken down again - (electronics) - and will cost the earth to fix. I will NEVER buy another Electrolux product!!

We were so pleased we purchased our Electrolux EWF1495 through a very large company, as that company refunded us in full - not Electrolux - I found Electrolux difficult to deal with, hard to contact, and said "but we gave you a new machine!" referring to the replacement which worked for 18 months. Very poor service. We will never buy anything from Electrolux again.
