We purchased several items without research,oven, hob and Washing machine have been a major disappointment.

The washing machine has been a major issue.

It keeps on clogging up, have to let out water from the base which floods the kitchen and damages base of the units.

Recently we found the machine was leaking from the door. Had a visit, not told what was being done to resolve. Called customer service to find part on order, takes a week before they can get ion from another location, then will call to book.

two weeks later no call, chased. It is now 3 parts on order due in another two days, they may need to review source of the parts as they may not come in. Asked them to progress to check if on their way, not the way they work!

We have standard lines thrown out as response, they ignore the question and really just want you off the phone. getting through is an issue any way, getting action or return call impossible.

DO NOT PURCHASE CDA....it's poor quality products,they do not hold parts , really don't care about getting it right.

Never had any issues until recently when the machine stopped and threw up an error code. Fearing the worst I phoned Cda customer service, the call was answered politely and promptly. I explained my problem and was told what I'd done wrong (whoops) and how to rectify it. This worked andvto date have had no more problems. A refreshing change to get quck and knowledgable customer care. Thanks
