About 14 Months After Buying The Bosch Wfo 2467 It
About 14 months after buying the Bosch WFO 2467 it began to sound like a plane taking off when it went on to the spin cycle. On inspection it was discovered that I needed a new drum and bearings (The major part of the machine). Unfortunately I was just outside the twelve month guarantee and therefore not covered. I contacted Bosch who were sympathetic to my plight and agreed to supply me with a new drum and I would only pay for labour. I agreed and so a new drum was supplied and fitted.
Two weeks after the twelve month guarantee for the new drum ran out, It's making a racket again.
I'm going to have to buy a new machine and it certainly wont be a Bosch.
