Beko Design Defect
Bought washing machine, but found a lot of water in door seal after every wash.
Complained to BEKO, they said it was a design feature, and you just have to mop it out very wash.
Customer service seemed to have a script to follow to deflect complaints.
BEKO sent engineer out - apparently some machines are worse than others, just luck of the draw, but there is no fix.
Apart from this would be happy with machine, fairly quiet, choice of programmes, looks fine.
Just don't expect BEKO customer service to do anything other than wastes your time.
