Beko WMA510S

i am struggling to no what setting to use as my Beko WMA510S takes ages to wash is anyone able to help? it never spins after washing either.

My Beko WMA510S takes ages to wash. And when it does wash, half of the time it gets stuck in the washing cycle, so you have to stop it manually and then your clothes come out soaking.

I would avoid this machine. Hideously long programmes, strange grinding noise, very inefficient spin. Only got it because it was the only one available with fast delivery and I had a 3 month old baby at the time and it was cheap!

I love my Beko WMA510S! I buy the silver one today. Miller brothers , £179. white one is a little cheaper @ £150 - £160 it looks so good in my kitchen.

by the way its only 1000rpm but the clothes come out fine and don't take long in the dryer at all, Not like some companys say get one with a high spin speed it doesn't really matter if your on a budget and want a lovely looking machine its the one to get. cheapest silver one anywhere (and believe me i was looking everywhere).

I bought a Beko machine and would I buy one again? Never. 4 months into having it water began to leak from underneath, accompanied by a very big noise when spinning i rang beko who sent an engineer who decided i needed a new belt and would arrive within 48 hours. 3 weeks (!) later the engineer finally came with the part for it to be the wrong one 3 weeks later I get the correct on fitted. But NO it was worse than ever my floor flooding on each wash and making an almighty bang. I continued to email beko but heard nothing back. Then one day I heard an almighty noise on one wash and raced downstairs, on opening my kitchen door i was horrified that my machine on its spin cycle had moved from under the unit and was on spin with the door wide open! I was fuming and so emailed beko very angrily. I'm now in the process of taking further action and although conveniently for them my guarantee had run out, because I felt it was a faulty machine from the start, they replaced my machine and so they should! But unfortunately its the same model so all on guard each wash.

These Beko washing machines can take a while to wash clothes if you put on certain settings. And the washing machine had a fault in it on arrival and I had to call Beko to send an engineer round to fix it.

Having logged the no-spin problem over weeks (wasting hours) I emailed the list to Beko, twice, with no reply. Finally sent a letter and an engineer was sent out in Sept.. Corrected the light, but a few days later, the spin stopped again. On Oct. 30th, another repair, to replace a circuit board which was too sensitive for the spin cycle. Machine running as I write, but not spinning; will have wet washing yet again. Now only three weeks away from the 1 year guarantee running out, Beko don't seem to want to know. How I regret not buying a Hoover.

Good value for money machine. Looks very smart. Washes clothes well. Very easy to install. Quite quiet.

Waiting for parts for the Beko WMA510S is appalling - customer services attitude is very bad. Will be 6 weeks by the time I receive the parts I need for my washing machine and for a full time working mother of three children and wife this is totally unacceptable. No apologies just told to buy another one if not happy!! Astoundingly bad would not recommend anyone buy this make.
