We Purchased A Wme 7267w Bko Washing Machine From

We purchased a WME 7267W Bko washing machine from a company called Iguana(Good service prompt delivery) in August 2009, the machine performed quite well for the first twelve months, but, guess what, after the guarantee ran out, we started to get problems with the spin cycle(Intermitently at first) we called out a local repairer(£37) who took the top off, tested the circuits, and listened to it's pathetic attempts to spin (Stuck on the same part of the cycle at 21 minutes) he told me that he thought a bearing had gone in the motor, and the complete electronic control panel would need replacing, probable cost around £160 including labour, so a washing machine that has lasted less than two years, which started going wrong soon after the guarantee ran out? We have owned Indesit,Whirlpools,Hotpoints, and I have never had one of them wear out in such a short time.

To be fair we have not contacted Beko, but previous reveiws have shown their customer service is not of the best.

We have just had a Hotpoint delivered, and the BEKO has been consigned to a recycling plant.(Another £15)

Needless to say, I will not be buying any BEKO Products of any description again, and based on this performance, I would advise anybody else to carefully consider before buying this brand

Do Not Buy A Beko Wma10. I Will Never Buy Any Beko

Do not buy a Beko WMA10. I will NEVER buy any Beko appliance again after this washing machines! Simply cannot get spare parts, have been waiting 108days for a pump and the customer care team just don't seem to care.

Blimey,we never have a problem getting parts for this make-108 day wait for a pump?If i were you i`d order one from somewhere else, seems as though if your dealing with beko direct there has been a disaster somewhere along the chain or maybe you`ve been dealing with a franchiser-i don`t know but seems mighty odd to me-i work on these things day in day out and never get this sort of hassles regarding parts availability-bad luck or what.

About The Cheapest M/ch On The Market. Ideal For S

About the cheapest m/ch on the market. Ideal for single folk like me,but not really up to the standard required for family usage, save up and buy a Meile instead. Not that i have had to buy spares yet but the parts are very reasonably priced which is kind of refreshing. I spend all my working day crawling around under washing m/chs -yep! i repair the things! so i get covered in it so i can say that at 50 degrees (prog7) i have no complaints about the wash.G reat stuff,a truimph of Turkish engineering for the price, well done lads.
