Beko WM74155LW Washing Machine

Very temperamental machine, picks and chooses when it wants to work seemingly at random. When it does run a cycle it washes fine, but you never know if it will or not. Its the first beko product ive bought and could well be the last on this form. Very unhappy with it and certainly would not recommend.

Do not buy Beko WM74155LW Washing Machine, it is the most trouble washing machine ever made, and Beko does not provide a good customer service, the staff does not know how to deal with customers’ problems even their engineer who Beko sends. The engineer who they sent to me he does not know what is wrong with their machine.

When someone buys a new washing machine like Beko WM74155LW especially for the features, you think that is a good one. However, if you cannot wash as proper as other washing machine does then rated A+ energy does not mean anything. I have to wash the clothes again many times to get rid of the washing liquid because of the water level is not enough to wash away the washing liquid. In addition, it is not a quiet machine as advertised after all, temperatures and the programs are not all working, actually they are misleading us. The problem is some people who Beko paid them to say good stuff about them keep saying in many reviews that it is excellent value for money so if something wrong happened with this machine you should not complain because you did not pay much, which is a wrong perception. This is not a free or a cheaper washing machine, otherwise second hand washing machine will be better off.

I bought Beko washing machine WM74155LW not a long ago brand new one and I thought 11 programs and 1500 high spin with all the performance A+ for energy 7kg load capacity would be perfect machine for me, however, it turned out that the water does not heat up at any temperature and the water level is not enough to wash even little clothes. The clothes will still have the washing powder in them because of the water does not fill in enough to wash the soap away and you need to wash the clothes again by hand put them back into the machine and use the extra spin to dry the clothes many times it only allows12 minutes spin and the clothes do not smell nice afterall even with clothes conditioner. Therefore, I do not recommend this machine at all.
