Poor Washing Performance - Leaves Detergent Stains
Poor washing performance - leaves detergent stains on washing even with an extra rinse - and vibrates excessively on spin. And the programmes take much longer than my previous ASKO machine. Fiddly to programme, need to refer to the handbook as it is not intuitive. Finally gave out after 3 years relatively light usage (my previous machine lasted 12 years). Not interested in getting it repaired so have ordered an ISE machine which is made by ASKO.

This Aeg L86810 Machine Works Fine When You Have A
This AEG L86810 machine works fine when you have a medium to small load, but does not cope with a full washing load - not great when you have 3 children!
I use my machine approx 5 times a week, and after 15 months it broke down for the first time, I spent £150 getting it repaired. then when the machine was 23 months old it finally just died. I had electrolux out to look at it and they said the door lock had broken causing the circuit board to fuse and die, which then also needed a new interface and recircualtion assembly total cost for repair £432.36!!
Needless to say I will not be repairing this machine, it will be taken down to our local skip were it belongs!

When Program Finished You Can Open The Aeg L86810
When program finished you can open the AEG L86810 door immediately ! None of that waiting for a minute or two which seems like a lifetime when you're in a hurry. Solid machine with some very good points. Maybe ours was a 'Friday afternoon' model and we were just unlucky.
