Servis M9614S

Please do not buy a Servis M9614S washer dryer. Mine broke down during the warranty period, and had to spend hours on the telephone waiting for call centre staff (some rude and unhelpful) to pick up the telephone. If it's anything like my situation, expect some engineers who don't turn up, and don't bother to telephone. When they eventually do, (in my case on the third attempt) don't expect them to carry any spare parts to make the repair. After one month of reporting the defect I'm still waiting.
