Complete Heating Element Went Out Just After The 2
Complete heating element went out just after the 2 year point. Cost over $400 and a 2 week wait to fix. I think this dryer is made out of plastic. There's not much to a dryer, and it used to be they would last 15-20 years. Very disappointed--just hope the washer holds up.

I Bought This Samsung Dv328aer/xaa Dryer 11 Months
I bought this Samsung DV328AER/XAA dryer 11 months ago and is having some problems with it drying. Ordered service two weeks ago, and I havent' seen a repair person. Samsung only has one service agreement in the entire 50 miles radius of the city I live in. The service company they are using is in a rural area and doesn't come to the city. Had I know that they only allow one service contract per area, I never would have both the washer/dryer set.
