Zanussi ZDC46130S

Salesman recommended this Zanussi ZDC46130S to me over a cheaper hotpoint, and over a more expensive bosch. Im so glad I took his advice over the bad reviews here.

Great value for money. Styish looking, fairly silent compared to our old Indesit. There are two fluff filters which is an added bonus. The condenser is behind a hidden door which is released at the press of a button. No need for a screw driver like with alot of other driers. The water tank is behind the same door and has an anti spill cap which is a nice touch.

I noticed that the bad reviews complained of a complicated dial and no timer. This simply is not true. The dial is simplistic in design. Times are varied well and there are some sensor settings including the usual canditates (cupboard dry, extra dry etc.) For those that were having problems getting a full load to dry, reading the manual is advised. This machine comes with a textile selection option. If you have it switched to delicates, then it will obviously not dry a heavy load. I have dried a full 5kg washing load in less than an hour. That load included jeans and fleece hoodies.

So dont always trust bad reviews

Zanussi ZDC46130S is without doubt the worst tumble dryer ever do not buy do not even take one for free. Irritating beeping when it has calculated is dry which it never is .Stops of its own accord you can't set the time.

I would like to be able to puta load of washing that is nearly dry in to finish it off. Just to give it an airing. When i did it came out damp. I am very unhappy with this item. it cost a lot of my hard earned money. Now i am stuck with it and it is not fit for the purpose for which it was sold.

The Zanussi ZDC46130S is nice looking but it takes 90 minutes to dry a very small load. Normal washing machine load needs to be split to attempt to dry it. Unless your appliance is faulty, DO NOT BUY
