White Knight 77AW Tumble Dryer

No problems with this machine - it's still drying after 3 years without a problem.

My machine was two months old when it went wrong. Could not even get the service people to phone me, in the end went to head office who promised to get the part needed on Friday, that came and went, Monday still not call and Monday evening I purchased a new dryer not LG. Then on tuesday one of their own engineers turned up without calling to fix the dryer, to late.

We have just taken delivery of our new dryer. Throughout the ordering and delivery process we have been impressed by the professional and personal service by all staff concerned. It is a pleasure to deal with people who actually listen to a customer's requirements and then deliver on those requirements. -- Well done.
