Worst item I have ever bought in my entire life stay away from smeg

I brought this Smeg tumble dryer and within two days it was not working properly, struggled to get hold of an engineer for 2 weeks which meant I could not dry any clothes!!!! When the engineer finally came out he thought there was no problem with it and went away. On that day still had the same problem so called SMEG customer services who were not really interested!! Finally after a few months it continued to happen so called SMEG again. They sent out the same engineer and surprisingly found no fault. In the end we had to put the tumble dryer through 2 cycles just to dry our clothes. 15 months later now out of guarantee and SMEG still are not interested in fixing the problem. Would never buy SMEG again!!
