We bought this dryer on a special ad at Best Buy. Now we know why it was on sale. Anytime we try to dry sheets or table cloths they wad up in a little ball and we have to pull them out, shake them out 3 or 4 times before they are dry. We called their service department and sent a bozo out who said there was nothing wrong even though he never even started the dryer. Looking on other web sites I am now finding other people having the same problems. Still, they refuse to accept they have a problem. Their attitude is TOO BAD, YOU BUY SAMSUNG, SO SAD, YOU'RE SCREWED. Do not buy their Korean made JUNK! It's no good at any price. We will never buy another SAMSUNG anything. Any store that recommends one of their products we are walking out the door.
