10 Days For Hotpoint To Call. Realigned Drum, Repl
10 days for Hotpoint to call. Realigned drum, replaced seal and announced its OK. But the whole case is completely out of alignment. Now trying to get our money back. Hotpoint CTD80T is rubbish.

Good Point, It's White And Has A Plug On It. Bad P
Good point, It's white and has a plug on it. Bad points everything, broke 3 times under warranty, takes forever to dry condense doesn't work (unless it's meant to fill your house with water vapour, in which case it's a masterpiece of design). Motor failed after two years.
