This Product Is No Good If You Have A Bad Back
Owned this since 23/11/2011. firstly found it difficult to remove the metal plate housing the water storage facility. I have a back problem and after the 9th time of doing this my back went into spasm. It is based on the floor. I live in a small kitchen and have to use an extension cord,(not recommended by manufacturer) they have their cord coming out the top so lost a lot of length to place it on the floor, had to buy a longer extension lead so i could place it out the way on the floor so I wouldn't trip. Then used it 4 times , not much water in the condenser. Emptied it each time. the fluff storing facility is tiny and the fluff can also be found in your condenser workings and round the groove of the drum bit, and does not stay in the fluff collector even when you empty after each use. after 5 drying's it malfunctioned, when i tried to do a jeans dry program it worked for like 5-10 mins the got stuck on the three hour delay program which i never pressed. i tried several programs after to get it to work 4 times the thing went after 1 rotation onto 3 hr delay. then the condenser x 4 said it was full it was empty hense my back giving. i complained due to the holidays had missed the 28 days thing as these faults occurred on 27th Dec, and i hadnt realised that i could do an exchange. they asked for the code in the dryer which i just couldnt read as it was printed too small,
