Bosch WTV74103 Classixx

I have owned this dryer for just under 6 months and it has broken twice in this time. Whilst happy to repair the Tumble Dryer, Bosch have refused to replace the item, even though there is something patently wrong with it. Am amazed at how blase Customer Services are about this and completely refude to believe there is a manufacturing fault.

Their policy is to repair as much as they possibly can. Currently my dryer is getting a new drum and new belt (the second time this has been replaced).

I would avoid Bosch like the plague. It would seem that the durability of their products is severely in question as having looked on the internet, I am not the only person who has called into question their products.

Bad machine, even worse customer services.

Worst machine I've ever owned. Has heat sensors but they clearly don't work as the the machine stops with the items still wet, (often have to put the items in six or seven times and start the machine going again, then put them on the clothes airer at the end!) Other times the clothes are so dry they feel they will snap in two.

I called Bosch out within weeks and they reckon it is working fine, so I guess they believe that we want out clothes to come out wet.

Complete waste of money, won't buy another Bosch item.

I'm typing this as it has now given up completely whilst still under warranty. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on an extended warranty, because as soon as the regular warranty finishes, this goes to the scrap heap.
