Bosch Classixx WTE 84102

After having had a couple of cheapish tumble dryers, both of which were efficient but noisy, I thought I'd go for a quality brand. I've regretted it from the off. Clothes come out creased and tangled. Duvet covers and sheets come out as knotted balls.

I complained to Bosch. They sold me a so-called anti-tangle part. It made no difference.

Unless you love ironing, avoid like the plague.

- Clothes get twisted does not dry

- overheats and burns items - very dangerous

- takes twice as long to dry clothes

- lint goes into door - not lint catcher

Very badly design item. Have informed Bosch also have warrantee no response after 3 calls, and emails.

Proven highly unreliable. Fullfilled its functional needs as advertised, but is not a durable product. Owned this model for under 3 years but been away for 18 months, so very light use by a 2 person household. Main control module failed, Bosch distributors want £164 + VAT for parts (exclusive UK importer) or £233 + VAT total repair, making it beyond economic repair. I expected better from Bosch design, their UK customer services department doesn't. Suggest you look at more reliable brands and models.

Had a Bosch Classixx WTE 84102 for a few years now and it's never let us down!

My Bosch Classixx WTE 84102 is three years old and has had two major repairs. Has now given up the ghost so I am throwing in the towel and buying a new dryer. Not a good experience.

I find the Drying too be perfect! Excellent machine, couldn't ask for better!
