I Purchased The Top Tefal Model, Gv9150, 14 Months
I purchased the top Tefal model, GV9150, 14 months ago for £229.00. Yesterday it blew (electrically). It is out of guarantee so Tefal do not want anything to do with it. I bought it from John Lewis, who also cannot do anything with it but referred me to Westco - in Birmingham (I am south of London).
The product worked very well and I went to some pains to ensure I followed instructions - used tap water, de-scaled it every 10 uses (this is a real pain) etc. However, on occasions it still marked the clothes (causing them to need rewashing).
I will purchase another steam generator if this one cannot be fixed, but I will go to some lengths not to purchase a Tefal model given my experience.

How good is it? I bought it 3 or 4 years ago. I have not used it at all. Is it easy to use? I would like to sell it.
