John Lewis JLDWW905

We have had the John Lewis Dishwasher now for about one and a half years and so far the door handle has broked (repaired under warranty) and about 5 weeks ago it stopped heating up the water, so far the repair company have been booked to come out to it 4 times and and its still not working, they are due to come out to it again next week with another part. John Lewis are saying that they will not replace the product unless it is broken for 6 weeks.

My advise would be do not buy John Lewis own brand products, spend a little more and get a better model / brand product.

The Dishwasher still has about 1.5 years warranty left on it and I have no faith in the product.

This is a John Lewis own brand product purchased from John lewis - a company known for its quality and customer service but this product is letting the company down ..... Spend a little more and buy a quality product.

What a Fantastic Product. After reading reviews and weighing up the pros and cons of similar dishwashers I can say that I have been totally happy with the JLDWWW 905 compact dishwasher which has been used constantly for the past two years. The JLDWWW 905 is perfect for my dishwashing needs as a single mum.
