I ordered a dishwasher. They messed up the order so much not giving me the discount nor delivering on the right date. Horrible customer service. I would advise you to buy from a different shop even if its a bit expensive than john lewis or u should have patience like a monk :) which I don't have.

I have had numerous faults with this diswasher - concept is great execution terrible. This is a re-badged Fisher Paykel. After coming out 13 times to intermittent faults under warranty the service company has admitted defeat. It didn't complete cycles on the upper drawer leaving dirty crockery and a drawer full of dirty water. It also had a leak preventing the programme being changed and diganostics never worked.

Finally replace with a new model JLBIDWS1804. This one the top drawer doesn't work on delay start and diagnostics show electronics fault. They are replacing and I am going for a different make.

Don't buy one of these machines unless you are prepared to wait for a service person every few weeks and waste time, chemicals and electricity.
