had dishwaher 6 months and been broken for 2 of them.had to wait in 6 times for engineer who cant fix it. v bad customer service. DO NOT BUY CDA. you get what you pay for. they wont take broken one away or fit a new one. i have now been offered a replacement or money back. have asked for the money. for an extra £50 will get a bosch and learn for next time! have given them 1 star because there is not a 0 option.

I would never recommend this CDA dishwasher. Ours has been a problem since the day it was fitted. Now the catches which hold the upper tray in place are broken. Would like to throw it out the window!

Owned the CDA CW 494 dishwasher for one year. Had to call out the repair man because the push button controls had come adrift inside the lid.

The annoying thing is that the machine does not clean all the crockery or cutlery. Each time I use it, some of the items are still contaminated with particles of food. Cleaning the filter regularly makes no difference. Bought it on the recommendation of the kitchen fitters who said they fitted lots of them and never had any problems. I will not buy another. Hope my CDA gas hob and cooker hood don't start playing up. Previous dishwasher is still going strong in my old house after 20 years, never having had any fault whatsoever.
