My Beko De3430 Lasted 14 Months Requiring Repairs
My Beko DE3430 lasted 14 months requiring repairs making it was uneconomical to repair. the end of the one year guarantee offering an extended warranty but I was not notified. This in itself is an apparentl acknowledgement by the manufacturer of its lack of quality.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A BEKO PRODUCT
A pity too many people give up if an item is just out of guarantee. It has not given reasonable service and the shop should help to resolve the problem. I had a product that was two year old and after much discussion I received a full refund. Just goes to show there are ways of getting satisfaction.
