same thing as the others wrote! im on my second one as the first was under garuntee and as the elemant and program went up the creek so to speak, we got another free, this one is only 12 months old and again the element has gone doesnt wash and is generally useless as it now stays on untill you manually turn it off! it was on for 24 hours before and didnt budge on the dial! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I am afraid just after 12 months of purchase I cannot get anybody to repair my Baumatic BFD62W because parts are too expensive.

You have to rinse everything first. It doesn't take large plates, when fully loaded, it doesn't clean things properly especially if they are touching anywhere. If there is any water on the door before you close it it leeks out onto the floor.It doesn't wash dishes properly when fully loaded so whats the point?

Had for 16 months, programming circuit board defunct, cost to repair is more than original purchase price, DO NOT BUY!

I bought this dishwasher for home from Argos 14 months ago and the heating element is broken. I have a dishwasher at work that is used and abused everyday by 70 staff and it keeps on going (I think I will get that brands name and buy one). I had never heard of Baumatic before and will never buy another one of their products or recommend it to anyone.
