The Quality Is Not As Good As It Looks

I guess Samsung has won a good reputation in the market mainly because of its marketing team and good looks of products. But the quality is not as good as it looks. My fridge discontinued to work after just half a year. And Samsung customer service team was so bad.

Samsung Have The Worst Possible Customer Service I

samsung have the worst possible customer service i have ever had to deal with. when my fridge broke down i called them, they said all work and parts would be done for FREE. 5 weeks later and im still waiting for the part. the light bulb blew causing control panel to also blow. they are now trying to say i have to pay £140 for original visit and costs of parts and work. they have left me without a fridge for 5 weeks and its only been this long as i called them. all they are doing is apologising for how useless their staff are. do not buy a samsung fridge if you dont need it for more than two years!!

Our ice maker is extremely loud when it releases the ice cubes into the tray.I paid 19 dollars to your expert on line and all he said was that's the way the machine is made.

After Just 3 Years The Fridge Section Defroster Di

After just 3 years the fridge section defroster died and the light will not turn off. Very disappointed.

A Transglobal service tech came the next day for $85 to tell me it would cost about $450 to repair and I'd have to wait over a week for the next appointment. He priced the defroster and evaporator as separate components for $150 each, but can be found (I called Sears) as ONE UNIT for $51.

We Had To Have Our Samsung Rb1855vq Without Handle

We had to have our Samsung RB1855VQ without handles and thin. This was all we could find. Looks nice. Reasonable priced. Both of the side shelves in the door cracked within a month. I am trying to order new ones right now, everything fell on the floor.

The temperature buttons are below the hip and just perfect for my grandbabies to keep adjusting the temp for my freezer.

Plus Points For The Samsung Rb1855vq Refrigerator

Plus points for the Samsung RB1855VQ refrigerator are appearance, counter depth at this low price and very quiet. Full width shelves are a little restricting. Overall an excellent fridge for the price.

Samsung Rb1855vq - This Was A Purchase Out Of Nece

Samsung RB1855VQ - This was a purchase out of necessity. A $550 refrigerator that was the largest refrigerator that could replace an aging 27" x 29" GE model. For another $170 I could have gotten the RB1955 model which only adds child proof programming to the exterior accessible temperature control panel. For another $130 on top of that, I could have had a reversible door and an auto icemaker. That's too much money for the same exact refrigerator. The only other feature in the other models that I discovered was that they changed the interior light bulb... that's it! I compared instruction manuals. (add more for the fake looking stainless steel "titanium" finish, which is magnetic)

Overall, The Samsung Rb1855vq Is The Most Innovati

Overall, the Samsung RB1855VQ is the most innovative, well-designed, best-looking fridge I've ever had. The separate compressors for fridge and freezer are usually only found in much more pricey brands. Expect long-life, but time will tell... I brought it home myself, so can't rate service yet, as I haven't used any, so I gave a 5.

The Samsung Rb1855vq Is An Excellent Product. My

The Samsung RB1855VQ is an excellent product. My 12 year old was attracted to the bottom freezer. I like the drawers in the freezer that let you access frozen food much more easily. It has the most efficient ice tray I have ever see. The trays flip over and dump the ice into a bucket.
