Electrolux EW28BS701W

We just received this fridge Electrolux EW28BS701W as a replacement for the same model because of scratched door. The replacement door arrived damaged. We were told it would take a very long time to get another door as the door was not available. Three months later the fridge was replaced with a new one.This fridge lasted two months before the main board failed. We have not had a fridge since Feb 15th, 2010 then main board was order on Feb 18,2010. The parts were Back Ordered. This part is 241836004. Is there not one board in Canada or the USA this is available. This part fits many models. ELECTROLUX INCLUDES FRIGIDAIRE, TAPPAN, KELVINATOR, GIBSON, WESTINGHOUSE Can they not take one out of NEW floor

model then replace it when the part becomes available. The part can be accessed from the bottom and installed in 3 minutes. We have enjoy this fridge greatly up to this point and recommend it to all our friends & family BUT now all we have is total BAD words about the service (parts availability) and would NOT recommended it to anyone. Can you see our point and just try living without a fridge for a month!

If you buy this and it fails be ready to buy another one to use while wait for it to be repaired.
