Servis M7684S

Originally the M7684S was delivered with a scratched door and a broken salad trays.After several years the fridge drain is blocked and it floods continually. Fronts of freezer drawers have broken. Servis told us to contact E-spares who sent the wrong fronts and refuse to accept them back.I will never buy from Servis again.

All Servis products are rubbish they have nobody to contact if

the appliance goes wrong.

I would never buy anything from Servis

Problems started when my dishwasher broke down,

I was told stay in all day from 8am-6pm, engineer would come, he didn't.

Told to expect phone call from same engineer next day, did not come.

Told to wait a further 48 hours for a phone call and the engineer would definitely call because servis had made a complaint about him, did not call.

Told again to wait another 48 hours, because another complaint had been sent - still waiting!

Wrote a complaint e-mail, still waiting for response (sent it three days ago).

I would never buy a Servis product. We also noticed that the small print of the extended warranty applications that they kept sending us states that the warranty only covers parts at the discretion of the engineer.

Style over content. Large silver cupboard that sounds a bit like the whooshing noise on the early 'Doctor Who' theme tune. My Servis M7684S has no practical use now as initially the upper fridge very quickly deteriorated, getting progressively warmer over time. Finally, the freezer joined it. Will be glad to see the back of it. In the market for a replacement and saw other reviews on this website. The person who had their's for just over a year got off lightly.

I have a Servis M7684S fridge freezer which is a year old. The warranty has just ended, and I am told a call out is £50 plus parts. When I asked how they knew that something that should have lasted longer than a year, had failed, they basically said tough. I would have to pay anyway.

This is the first time ever, a fridge has lasted only a year!

I have the m7554f Fridge Freezer we have been waiting for ten days for a major part, the parts are not kept in this country I am told, I had to take a day off work and sat in all day no one turned up, the staff are rude the milk is sour, never again will I buy a servis product, and frost free means that, you would be better off with a cool box.

Servis M7684S - Bought a the fridge freezer in June 2003 and was noisy. Got an engineer to visit and he recommended an exchange. Servis never returned any calls and on enquiring said the meachine has been fixed as per their records. Servis arranged another visit, surprise, guess what the same engineer arrived and said he had recommended an exchange earlier. Called back Servis the same day and Servis now said the machine cannot be repaired but will not replace the machine (even through in warranty) since I bought it from Power House. After much hassle they agreed to replace the machine and guess what, the new machine arrived and it is more noisy than the previous one. Another engineer visited and he recommends never by a fridge freezer from Servis.
