Miele Fridge/freezer Unreliable, Expensive, Poor Quality, Avoid.
This fridge freezer was reliable for 2 years after that it has broken down every year for the last three years. Miele customer service tell me that after 5 years you shouldn't expect reliability! At £700.00 I expect more than two years reliability from this premium brand. Maybe Miele should explain the intended life of their products a little clearer. This 5 year old fridge freezer is now going to the local tip. I have just purchased a budget replacement, and will not be purchasing a Miele product again.
