Liebherr Fails After 3yrs
I paid £630 for this 2m*60cm fridge freezer.
It worked well for 3yrs then the fridge warning kept coming on.
It stopped cooling and the freezer also stopped.
I contacted the Liebherr customer service who gave me a service technician number.
He took 1 week to come out, then in 2 mins said the fridge freezer could not be fixed.
It was only guaranteed for 2yrs so I have lost the £630 I paid. No joy from customer service.
I wouldn't buy an expensive Liebherr product again.
Previous cheap fridge freezers I had before lasted 15yrs each.
Please avoid Liebherr products you will waste your money.
I agree, after buying an expensive Liebherr, at least £200 more than similar products, thinking I was buying quality. After 2 years gentle service, the fridge lost temperature control. Customer service is hopeless. Liebherr is a giant industrial capable of much better than this.
