I have had a fridge/freezer in my garage for 8 years without any problems. We bought the Beko CDA543 because it claimed it could be used in a garage etc.Since then we have condensation.. even to the point of wet garage floor.Beko say this quite normal & there is nothing wrong with the appliance & it must be something else.It might be.....but nothing else has changed,so we believe it is the fridge.Beko did not seem the least bit interested in our problem.We have to stop using the fridge /freezer.Has anyone else had this problem.I think Beko should expain in their literature that condensation can form.I have read other reviews & wish we had not purchased a Beko!!!!

17 Months Now And It's Dead! Ive Had The Dreaded '
17 months now and it's dead! Ive had the dreaded 'bubbling' sound from the back of the fridge and it seems to have lost it's refrigerent gas! with me throwing out about £35 worth of food as its summertime inside my fridge! I'm absolutely livid as Beko don't want to know! I'm going to buy my next fridge (maybe a bosch) from johnlewis and pay the extra £95 for a 5 year warrenty!
I hate you BEKO! Your cr@p is really not doing me any favors!
If you are honestly thinking of owning one don't do it! And if you do you'll remember this message post when it all goes to s''it!

Wish I had read this before I bought mine! Exactly the same problem with the CDA 540 fridge freezer - 3 yrs old and started bubbling sound. Think its knackered. Good advice re John Lewis & 5 yr guarantee; will think about that for sure.

I Bought This Same Model Cda543fw In June 2008, Co
I bought this same model CDA543FW in June 2008, costing me £300 plus £20 for delivery and taking the old one back to find this product is NOT COLD ENOUGH TO STORE ICE CREAM TO REMAIN SOLID. I am very dissappointed as I did not expect this fridge/freezer to pack up so quickly. Mine friend also has this model and she had the same problem, so I am thinking it maybe manfacturing problem and will try to find out if this is the case.
Only Had The Beko Cda543 Fw/fs 6 Months And Had To
only had the Beko CDA543 FW/FS 6 months and had to have 2 major repairs. it is now 18 months old and is completely knackered. needs a compressor at £110.no help from beko not interested. retailer is curries and they are not interested either. had to buy another fridge freezer. not from curries or will i ever buy another beco product
