I Bought This 3 Months Ago And Used It For About 2

I bought this 3 months ago and used it for about 2 months and one of the cutting blades already was chipped( I did not use any hard food really).I was happy up to that point, but then I returned it to the shop.

Liquidiser Blade On My Kenwood Fp220 Food Processo

Liquidiser blade on my Kenwood FP220 Food Processor loosened with the processor's vibrations, got unscrewed and all the contents poured out from the bottom. The shop tried it with water to check if it leaks again, but it looks like if you liquidise water it's safe! The second time I used it, the same thing happened (I made sure that every part was secured in place before I started) I will be taking it back because I need it for food not water.
