Warm And Very Helpful

Purchased 12 radiators for my home. The level of professionalism and helpfulness from Electric Heating Expert was higher than I would usually expect and the quality of the heaters is really very good.

Good points: Price was low without any loss in quality. Control system is brilliant and does the whole house from two thermostats. The warmth level is good. The heaters look modern and not at all like the old storage heaters. Delivery was very quick and the telephone help has been great. The company have been smashing.

Bad points: I can't think of any.

Helpful courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent Alternative To Oil

I have had nine Economiser radiators in my home for a month, and can categorically say that they have succeeded in doing what I had hoped.

The radiators have made the house much more comfortable. The conservatory is now somewhere that can be used all year round. The lounge is now a joy, and the bathrooms (now heated with the Advantage radiators) are now lovely. Not only this, but the damp problem in much of the downstairs has totally disappeared.

The wall thermostats that were supplied with them are great, and allow me to set each area of the house for different temperatures.

As I was expecting to have to change to an oil fired boiler, I am very pleased with the savings made on the installation, and the cost of heating so far has been a pleasant surprise. Although I can't determine how much of the bill goes on the heating, it has not increased dramatically.

The service from Ecopower was brilliant and they have been helpful in talking through using the heating on the phone recently.

I Got A Very Dependable Radiator Heater Here.

This place was recommended to my by a close friend. I noticed how warm their home was on cold days. They recommended this place so highly that I had to check them out. I ended up buying a new radiator heater. It's too soon to know if I will save money on my heating bill, but I do like the extra warmth.

Any radiator will give extra warmth but the question is, is it cost effective?

Good All Round

I have radiators from Ecopower Heating in my flat and am really satisfied.

The flat is warm and the cost of heating has gone down since the old heaters on night rate. I have 21 degrees whenever I want, a lower electricity bill and quality looking radiators. The WiFi controller is brilliant. The service and advice given has been the best I have experienced.

Ten out of ten for the customer service and for the heating. Only let down was the delivery which came at 4.30 pm, not AM as stated. It was snowing though.

PS. I will warn anyone looking at similar heating to be careful. I was pestered by a company who did a home demonstration.Did not like their attitude when I said no. The price was over double what I paid Ecopower, and their advice turned out to be mostly incorrect.

I Bought A Set Of 5 Economiser Radiators With 3 Co

I bought a set of 5 Economiser Radiators with 3 control units from Ecopower Heating for an apartment that I rent out. Having lived there myself and also having had complaints about the old heaters from previous tenants, I spent just over £1800 on the new Economiser Radiator system which came with wireless controllers that are also room thermostats. The electricity bill for this period is £130 less than last year and my tenant is happy. The property is warmer than ever and is costing less to remain so.

The good bits: The design is good because they look like normal radiators rather than electric heaters. The fitting was pretty straight forward. The warmth that they produce is much better than I expected. The controllers give lots of options for timing etc. The power useage is quite a bit less than the old heaters. They have a 25 year warranty. The service and support has been good - and no premium rate numbers. Why can't other support lines be free?!

The bad bits: They were expensive - hopefully they will pay for themselves though as I now have happy tenants. They are quite heavy. Took two of us to lift them onto the brackets. The controllers were a bit confusing to set up but once set, you can leave them.

Overall I'd absolutely recommend them if you don't have a gas supply.
