ve bought an electrolux split ac..biggest mistake! its the 3rd time tht the ac is conked and inspite of the customer service promising service within 24 hrs, no one has arrived past 72 hrs!!! Its peak summer in bombay and have made several phone calls to various nos. given by the service center. they aske me to call a man however this cell belongs to someone else who in turn gave me the foll nos(no reply)i called the no. 6 times..deperately seeking help, but no use!! i would never reccomend any electrolux product ever to anyone inface i plan to go to consumer court!!NEVER NEVER BUY ANY ELECTROLUX PRODUCT!!!
