I am delighted with my water softener from Quality Water Systems and would recommend this company. The softener was very neatly and efficiently installed using a local plumber I would also recommend for their care and attention to neat and unobtrusive pipework.

The softener itself is very compact, efficient, quiet in operation and provides softened water which feels very pleasant and has enormously reduced my consumption of laundry, washing and household cleaning products and is now dissipating existing scale on sanitary ware after having been in place for about eight months. It is very easy to add salt blocks as required which, as a sole user, is not that frequently. I have also had perfect results from the test kit provided, showing the consistency of operation.

Having always wished for a water softener but regarded it as a luxury, I am pleased I have made the investment, and wish I had done it years ago!

My 27 year old Kinetico developed a fault. QWS discussed the options with me and having decided on a new Kinetico softener the right type was quickly and efficiently fitted and the old one removed.

I decided to get a water softer (Kinetico 2020) and drinking water system (K2 pure) installed in my flat. I got in touch with Ian and he was fantastic. From start to finish explained the products and ensured we had the best systems in our flat that were suitable for us. Although the installation took a day it was well worth the wait. Brilliant product, no issues and super installation and after sale care.

Having read the reviews for Ian Keene and Quality H2O, I decided to ask them to supply and fit the kinetico 2020c. They were out to survey my house within a few days and were here within a week to fit the device.

Their service is brilliant. Hayden came with one other person and took a few hours to fit the softener, taking their time to make sure everything worked. They left the house clean and tidy, with some added useful advice on the pressure of our water - which was far too high!

I have since recommended 3 neighbours to Ian and they have all had the same device fitted by him, with the same excellent service.

In terms of the water softener itself, I've had it two months now and have not looked back. After 8 years of hard water in my previous property, I swore never to settle for hard water again - it ruined 4 washing machines and dishwashers and we were endlessly cleaning hard water marks from sinks, taps etc.
