Sound advice & support replacing a water softener with helpful effective installation all in quoted time.

Having just moved into a new house in a hard water area we were looking to install a water softener. We got quotes from several companies, but JM Softeners were the ones to provide the best solution for keeping hard water for the kitchen cold tap and garden tap while softening the rest. The advice on which softener to install was also valuable, we went for the Ecowater compact 200 as it uses tablet salt which will give us a lower running cost in the long term. The installation went very smoothly: the engineer arrived on time and was very neat and tidy. A week after installation they phoned us to make sure we were happy with it before sending us the bill, a touch which bodes well for good customer service. All in all, highly recommended.

Sales person was open, honest and well informed. No hard sell. Installation was quick, neat and hassle free. Softener is in and working and trouble free. Started to notice difference in water very quickly. Salt is pricey and intend to shop around for a fair price. Can recommend the company.

From my first phone call making enquiries to the fitting this week we received good old fashioned customer service. It has only just been fitted so not tested the after sales service provided but no reason to believe it will not continue to be good from this company.

I have just had a Kinetico water softener fitted by JM Softeners Ltd. The service was excellent, very pleasant fitter. Very pleased with results. The unit fits very neatly under my sink. Pipe work had to run from front to back of my house and has been fitted very unobtrusively. I am looking forward to having no limescale and fresh filtered water on tap.
