Old softener finally gave up the ghost after 15+ years service and despite annual servicing by Eco engineer. Replacement much more efficient, will save us money on salt, and only regenerates when it needs it. Always receive excellent service from Eco Water Systems, many thanks

Just had to finally replace our water softener after almost 20 years' service. Ecowater engineer visited annually and nursed it through another service until finally, we were at risk of a major leak. So we ordered a new system, which was delivered and installed by our engineer without fuss or problem.

As far as the water softener goes, I like that it regenerates quietly in the middle of the night when it's required, not on a timer etc, and when no-one is using the water. It's quiet, doesn't seem to use too much salt and boy, when the old one finally packed up, and we had to switch it off, we REALLY noticed the difference in water quality.

Ecowater's systems aren't the cheapest to buy, but if our last one's anything to judge by, they payback through long service the upfront cost.

Our second purchase from Ecowater, having been very satisfied with the machine installed in the home from which we moved a year ago.

Our second machine required tricky additional connecting piping, which the engineer accomplished well.

A small leak from one joint developed soon after. At the weekend it was difficult to find anyone to attend but this was rapidly remedied on the Monday.

Some weekend cover for emergencies would be helpful.
