Aquatec Water Consultants

I recently purchased a water system from Aquatec in Bristol and they called me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the customer service. I am pleased to be able to have the opportunity to say job well done about the level of service that I have received. The Aquatec engineer was polite, well presented and considerate of the fact that he was in my home. He explained what work needed doing, how this was best acheived and asked if it was too my approval before we started. He also came well-prepared with all the correct components required to do the job - the first time I can say that about any plumbing related work! He structured his work so as to cause minimum disruption and the water supply to the washing machines and kitchen units was running again in no time at all. Furthermore he explained how your water purification units worked, how to take care of them and how to ask for advice if I had any concerns. He cleared and cleaned as he worked and the conduct of the engineer gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a reputable company that had high standards.
