Swan SK1111

My previous kettle was Swan and was about 10 years old when it started to leak water, which I felt was excellent so would get another Swan, how wrong I was with the Swan SK1111. On the first day of use, it kept switching itself off before boiling, sometimes within seconds of turning on. Gave it a couple of weeks to maybe improve but it didn't so have sent back and now looking for something else, but notice there is not much to choose from in same price range looking at other comments. Will have to boil water in a pan for now

Swan don't want you to phone them if anything goes wrong unless you have bought extended warranty, you have to return item to retailer, who in my case were Empire Stores catalogue and they were brilliant
